The Wisconsin All-Stars College – Pro Scout Baseball Club has teamed up with Wisconsin Baseball Report to give talented baseball players from our state more exposure at the national level. The Wisconsin All-Stars baseball club is a division of Metro Milwaukee Sports Association Inc. MMSA is a not-for- profit, charitable based youth sports organization. The #1 objective of the All-Stars is to get talented baseball players from Wisconsin both college and pro exposure. The All-Stars help develop and promote the best baseball players from Wisconsin by participating in national tournaments, camps, clinics and showcase events.

Ranked players identified at Wisconsin Baseball Report ID Showcase Camps will be given a spot on the All-Stars. The All-Stars look for players that have the ability and desire to play college baseball. Many high school baseball coaches from the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association (WBCA) help out by recommending their best players to the All-Stars.

Starting their 6th year, the All-Stars have competed at national tournaments against teams from Japan, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada and all over the United States. In 2004 and 2005 the All-Stars finished in 4th place at two national tournaments. In 2006 they finished in 3rd place in a national wood bat tournament. In 2007 the All-Stars won the prestigious East Coast Tournament Baseball (ECTB) Showcase Tournament. In 2008 and 2009 the All-Stars played in Triple Crown Baseball “Best of the Best” East Coast Showcase tournament held in New York. Both years the All-Stars received a #2 seed only to lose in the semi final game. In 2010, the All-Stars WON the “Best of the Best” tournament defeating Ontario International Baseball Academy 3-1 in the championship game.

Over the past 5 years 77 players have received a baseball and/or academic scholarship playing for the All-Stars. In 2007, the All-Stars had one player drafted in the MLB amateur draft.

Having the best players from Wisconsin the All-Stars have earned a solid reputation and made them the team to see for college coaches and professional scouts. The All-Stars play one of the most challenging schedules in the country bringing unmatched exposure to college coaches and professional scouts for it’s players.

The Wisconsin All-Stars require every player that plays on the team to maintain a GPA of 3.0 or better. The All-Stars are dedicated to the idea that the team is about more than just baseball. They believe in promoting education, personal growth, sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship. Players that play for the All-Stars are accountable for placing the highest value on people and integrity.
